About Us
Angels from the Heart was originally created as a family foundation in 2007, by Ross Cosentino of Ambridge, PA. Every holiday season, he would exchange gifts with his six children and thirteen grandchildren, and decided instead to use that money to impact those in need. Ross teamed up with his family members to donate the monetary amount they would have spent on gifts for each other. The total amount each year was then put towards buying gifts for and volunteering at charitable organizations throughout Florida and Pennsylvania.
The organization grew as Ross' granddaughter, Natalie Camacho, took a great interest in the family foundation and, together with her grandfather, has now made Angels from the Heart the nonprofit charity that it is today. As always, 100% of the donations go to those in need. (Please see the "Donate" tab to contribute to our mission.)
These days, in addition to their Christmas outreach events, Angels from the Heart utilizes a network of over 40 volunteers to visit and perform at charity events across the Pittsburgh area. Offering fully-rehearsed song and dance routines and interactions with event attendees, Angels from the Heart provides a full experience to children and adults alike. And, of course, Santa and his helpers continue to visit local charities around Christmas and deliver gifts to those in need. We are blessed to use our God-given singing and dancing talents to put smiles on faces, but we are also open to any type of charity work that is needed.
